Since 2010 the unique and historic village of Lindfield in Mid Sussex has hosted this spectacular annual arts events and helped Lindfield to very much become the creative hub in Mid Sussex. During that time the Lindfield Arts Festival has attracted many thousands of visitors from far and wide, to celebrate art in all its forms.
Since its creation, the organising committee has grown and evolved to the existing 20 members with further volunteers helping to manage its activities over the Festival weekend. In December 2012 the Festival successfully applied for charitable status.
The committee is fortunate to benefit from (amongst others) the knowledge and expertise of professional event managers, theatre directors, accountants, project managers, PR and marketing specialists who as a team, have the ability to coordinate, manage and promote the event to the highest standards.
Everyone involved believes passionately in the aims of the Festival, which are to advance the education of the public in the arts in all their forms through delivering an exciting and dynamic annual arts event that will enhance the quality of life for people living within Mid-Sussex and the surrounding areas.
Participants come from a wide area and demonstrate the amazing talent to be found in the South East of England and especially the local area. The Festival has a superb reputation amongst creative individuals and festival devotees.
