Lindfield Arts Festival presents “Yeah Groove” at the United Services Club in Haywards Heath on Saturday 26th July at 8pm.

Yeah Groove are a funk and disco show band that will make you shake your hips and lick your lips as we lay down some righteous groove!”

The Bent ArmsThe second of our highly entertaining pub quizzes will be held on the 20th May at 8pm in the Bent Arms on Lindfield High Street to raise money for Lindfield Arts Festival.

Come and test your general knowledge in a wide range of topics and there may even be a chance to test your creative skills by making a highly creative model out of plasticine for the models of the Pond and Common created during the first pub quiz).

We will aim though to judge them before they melt under the lights or get soaked by drinks this time! There will of course be prizes for the winning team as well as a raffle for everyone to try their luck with.

plasticine-1Entry is £3 per person with up to six people in a team. Raffle tickets will be sold at 50p each.

Exciting plans for the fifth annual arts festival are well under way.  One of the highlights of “Quintessential Lindfield, celebrating the past, present and future of local Lindfield life”, is the Affordable Arts & Crafts Fayre which will be held in the new community hall at Lindfield Primary School.  This aims to provide the exciting opportunity for local amateur and professional artists and crafts people of all ages to display and sell their art and crafts to the local community for items worth up to £100 in value.  There will be an inspiring range of unique pieces of art and crafts on display and for sale including but not exclusive to paintings, sketches, jewellery, photography, candles, wood craft and artisan foods.

25th February 2014: Quiz Night

Bent ArmsOnly 3 days to go to the Quiz Night. We hope you’re all ready for some fun and have done your research!

Please Note: The venue has now changed and we’re at The Bent Arms, at the north end of the village!

The quiz is to raise money for the Lindfield Arts Festival taking place over the weekend of the 12th-14th September this year. It’s £3 to enter per person and there will be a fabulous raffle with prizes donated from local businesses. Please just turn up on the evening with all the brain power you have!

ZumbathonOn Sunday 16th March 2014 between 2pm – 8pm at Clair Hall in Haywards Heath, Esther Featherstone, one of the Festival Directors will be holding a 6 hour charity Zumbathon to raise money for the Lindfield Arts Festival. Many of the festival organisers and friends will be taking part!

It is £10 for two hours, £15 for four hours and £20 for the full six hours.

13th December 2013: Coffee Afternoon

Coffee AfternoonThe Coffee afternoon on Friday 13th Dec, at the Haywards Heath United Services Club, was a great success. There were be homemade cakes, mince pies, homemade christmas cards for sale and a fabulous raffle. Top prize was a hamper worth £150 including a £50 Zumba loyalty card – whoop whoop! All proceeds went to the Lindfield Arts Festival.
